Triune Precision Engineering is a well established company, formed in 1974 by Paul Davies and Graham Beech, it has expanded and developed over thirty two years, and is now operating in a modern factory, equipped with some of the latest CNC machine technology and 3D CAM packages, including two Pro-Engineer seats, two Delcam Power Shape and Mill seats, and three Visi Graphics Machining Strategist seats. Triune are very skilled at manufacturing complex 3D tooling and components.

The Malvern-based company design and manufacture a variety of tooling including high pressure die cast tools, forging dies, clip and trim tools, rubber moulds, plastic injection moulds, extrusion tooling and gravity moulds, weighing from a few kilos up to 9 tonnes. Triune also repair, refurbish and rebuild existing tooling.

Triune Precision Engineering also machine castings, precision components and complex 3D components.

Servicing a wide range of industries, Triune’s customers include those from the automotive industry, including: Land Rover, Ford, Saab, BMW, General Motors, Volkswagen, Toyota, Honda, Volvo, Jaguar & Aston Martin.

Quality is Triune’s overriding consideration, whilst cost is also very important. Quality means that tooling will last and give repeatability with minimal maintenance.

The use of advanced CNC technology has been a vital feature of the successful growth in Triune’s toolmaking business. The large CNC milling, CNC spark eroding, and CNC Turning sections, include high speed machining, are all DNC linked to each other and to the design offices. We offer a turn key solution to our customers from initial design and development through to the final tooling or product.
